Need Attorney for $575K Judgment Enforcement & Debt Collection (Los Angeles County)
I recently obtained a civil judgment of approximately $575,000 against two individual defendants (brothers) who defaulted on a prior settlement agreement. The judgment was issued in Los Angeles County, California. I am now seeking an experienced attorney (or legal consultant) preferably in California with a strong background in judgment enforcement and debt collection, ideally with experience in handling: * Locating and identifying assets (bank accounts, real estate, etc.) * Filing liens or writs of execution * Bank levies, wage garnishment, or asset seizure * Debtor examinations * Charging orders or other advanced recovery methods The defendants are also based in LA County, and I need guidance on strategy and next steps. This contract would begin with consultation and strategic planning, but could expand to include ongoing legal support and potentially direct action to enforce the judgment.
