"Build to Sell" Mentor Needed For Real Estate Investment Co
Thanks for looking at the job we have. We're looking for a "built to sell" mentor who has either personally exited businesses to PE, or completed a roll up to an industry giant. We have an idea on real estate investment that's never been done at scale. We believe we should hit $3mm in net profits in the first 12 months from start up. We're looking for someone to help us build this in order to be acquired. We will need help understanding valuation models (this idea could be valued and built different ways), potential acquiring companies, etc. We're looking for a long term relationship to help us build this out to sell, over approximately the next 3 years.
