Business Consultant / Virtual CFO Assistant (LLC, Bookkeeping, Tax Strategy) Looking for: A knowledgeable assistant or consultant to help structure and scale multiple businesses the right way from day one. Tasks include: • LLC setup and strategy (including Airbnb property transfer) • Bookkeeping system setup (QuickBooks, Wave, or other recommendations) • Guidance on business credit building • Advising on tax-deductible business investments • General financial structure & wealth planning Ideal Experience: • Familiar with small business setup and bookkeeping • Knowledge of tax strategies for entrepreneurs • Comfortable with QuickBooks, Wave, or Zoho Books • Understands real estate/short-term rental business structures • Bonus: Experience in helping reduce tax liabilities through business reinvestment
