The goal is to understand areas such as: How work orders and job requests are processed Steps involved in scheduling jobs and dispatching technicians Inventory management and ordering processes Invoice creation, submission, and payment tracking Document management (permits, job reports, compliance documentation) Deliverables: A detailed walkthrough (via Zoom call or comprehensive written document) describing typical daily workflows Identification of repetitive administrative tasks ideal for automation Screenshots or walkthroughs of software/tools currently used in your trade (with sensitive details redacted) Ideal Candidates Will Have: Hands-on experience managing operations, scheduling, dispatching, or administration in trades (construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical contracting) Familiarity with software and tech stacks used in these trades (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Procore, QuickBooks, etc.) Interest in leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency Budget: $50–$150 per consultation, depending on experience and depth of insights provided.
