I’m joining an early-stage SaaS company as a co-founder and have received an offer letter outlining equity, responsibilities, and contractor terms. Before moving forward, I’m looking for a startup attorney to help me: • Review the current offer letter and supporting documents • Advise on missing or non-standard terms (e.g. vesting, founder protections, IP, equity purchase structure) • Draft or recommend a proper Founder Agreement or Founder Collaboration Agreement • Ensure alignment with standard startup practices (YC-style or venture-backable norms) • Optionally: help negotiate terms with the founding team The company is pre-funding and incorporated in the U.S. (Delaware C-Corp).
