Fractional CFO / Financial Strategy Consultant
Our company is a profitable, fast-growing subscription-based service business with a lean team and strong recurring revenue. We’re at the stage where financial operations need to evolve. We’re looking for a fractional CFO or senior finance consultant to help bring clarity, structure, and forecasting to our financial function. Objectives: - Identifying what we should be tracking, and what we’re missing - Building basic forecasting models (cash flow, hiring, growth) - Setting up budgeting processes and financial KPIs - Advising on decisions like salary, reserves, reinvestment, or capital access Requirements: - Fractional CFO or strategic finance experience with early-stage businesses - Worked with SaaS, agency, or subscription-based service models - Built or owned financial models and dashboards from scratch - Strong command of MRR/ARR metrics, cash flow planning, burn, and margin tracking - Ability to operate independently, without a full in-house finance team Nice-to-have: - Experience supporting fundraising, refinancing, or debt structuring - Worked directly with founders or in lean executive teams
