I am seeking a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to prepare a Reviewed Financial Statement based on already prepared financials (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement) for the purpose of a Tennessee contractor license application. Scope of Work: Review my finalized Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement (Cash Basis) for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. Confirm that the documents meet Tennessee State Board of Licensing Contractors requirements. Prepare and issue a Reviewed Financial Statement with your CPA letterhead and signature. Provide the final deliverables in PDF format (suitable for state submission). Include the required CPA opinion letter that complies with Tennessee licensing standards. Documents Available: Balance Sheet (already finalized and matching totals). Profit and Loss Statement (covering April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025). Requirements: Must be a licensed CPA in good standing (provide proof if needed). Familiarity with Reviewed Financial Statements (not just compilations).
