Quickbooks Setup for Petroleum Company
We are already using Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop for everything but AR. We are considering moving our AR process back into Quickbooks, but since our business is in the Petroleum industry, we need to make sure our Quickbooks is setup to correctly charge sales taxes and other charges based on the type of fuel we are delivering. We also need help setting up our invoice format, and making sure the process to send out dozens/hundreds of invoices each day is seemless. All of the data for the invoices will be imported from a 3rd party dispatch/delivery system with an existing integration with Quickbooks.
