We are seeking a licensed California attorney experienced in business contract law and debt collection to help us recover a past due balance from a client based in California. What We Need Help With: 1. Review and finalize our drafted demand letter for legal accuracy and effectiveness. 2. Issue the letter on your legal letterhead and send it via certified mail and email. 3. Advise us on next steps, including filing a lawsuit if the client does not respond. 4. Handle any legal filing or proceedings required in California Superior Court (optional if you’re litigation-capable or can refer). ⸻ Requirements: • Licensed attorney in California • Experience with breach of contract and commercial debt collection • Ability to issue formal communication on your law firm letterhead • Strong communication and fast turnaround (ideally within 1–2 business days) ⸻ Project Type: One-time project (with possible follow-up for litigation if client fails to pay) ⸻ Budget: Open to proposals — please provide your flat fee or hourly rate for the review and letter issuance.
