Financial Due Diligence Expert Needed for Mexican Franchise Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced financial analyst or accountant to conduct financial due diligence for a Mexican franchise restaurant. The project involves analyzing the last 3 years of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health and performance of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for 2022, 2023, and 2024. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and cash flows. - Evaluate key financial metrics (e.g., profitability, liquidity, solvency) and benchmark against industry standards. - Assess the accuracy and completeness of financial records. - Provide a detailed report summarizing findings, including potential red flags and recommendations. Requirements: - Proven experience in financial due diligence, preferably for restaurants or franchise businesses. - Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS). - Proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar software). - Familiarity with the restaurant industry and franchise operations is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive financial data. - Strong communication skills to present findings clearly in a written report.
