Client Onboarding Specialist Needed (Turn Offers Into LLC Business Agreements)
Hi there, I run a successful consulting business where I generate a high volume of job opportunities and offers weekly through a proprietary system. I consistently perform interviews myself, secure strong offers, and now I need a professional to transition those offers from “individual” to “business-to-business (LLC)” contracts smoothly. Your Role: • Once I reach the offer stage, you step in professionally to introduce the client to my business model. • You explain that I operate under an LLC, and for compliance and structure, work will be delivered via my business entity. • You’ll manage basic client onboarding: sending W9 forms, basic contracts (template provided), and ensuring smooth acceptance. • You help frame it positively — “it protects both sides legally and structurally.” • You handle light questions if clients have any concerns about working with an LLC. Ideal Candidate: • Professional, confident, polished communicator. • Experience with client onboarding, business contracts, or recruiting/placement is a plus. • Understands how to position an LLC/firm setup as a strength, not a negative. • Comfortable closing deals remotely by email, call, or Zoom. • Fast response time when needed (within 24h ideally).
