Verify the updated documents’ compliance and assist with the submission process. Establish a reliable communication channel for consultation and updates. Requirements: A valid license to practice law with a specialization in franchise law. Proven track record of working with franchisors and in-depth knowledge of franchise law. Must be able to provide proof of license before the official hiring. Willingness to undergo identity and license verification via phone or text due to prevalent online scams.
