Description: We are looking for a highly experienced healthcare attorney for a consultation to help us navigate the setup of a Management Services Organization (MSO) model. This consultation is specifically focused on ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and structuring considerations, including the Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) in Texas.
