Kease is hiring a data-savvy reporting analyst to build and manage all core business reports — from unit-level performance to company-wide KPIs. You will own: • Daily, monthly, and rolling macro KPIs (booked nights, revenue, RevPAR, occupancy, pickup, etc.) • Unit-level micro KPIs (profitability, guest ratings, RevPAR vs. target, underperformance flags) • Building clear dashboards in Metabase • Structuring the data so we see the truth and act fast This is not a support role.
