I need a macro-enabled spreadsheet to automate the preparation of accounting data for XERO from Alayacare. Requirements: - Merge client first and last names. - Delete unnecessary columns. - Combine multiple fields into one cell (ensuring shift start/end date + time, and bill codes are included in the description) - Transfer exported data into relevant cells, (e.g., quantity, rate, NDIS number, reference number, description). - Overwriting quantity field with bill duration data Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in Excel, especially with Macros. - Experience with data manipulation and automation. - Familiarity with accounting data requirements for XERO (not required, but would be beneficial) We have a template in which we can provide you to show what the data needs to look like.
