We are looking for a skilled social media expert to help us build and optimize our accounts on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Youth Baseball (little league and travel ball) content, focused on coaches, player parents and team administrators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of each platform's best practices, audience engagement strategies, and content creation. You will be responsible for creating profiles, developing a content calendar, and implementing growth strategies to increase our follower base and engagement. A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in social media management is a must. We would rather have a smaller audience of our targets than a large audience of random people.
