We’re looking for a results-driven freelancer to help manage and grow our online presence across key digital channels. If you’re someone who understands how to build and scale DTC brands through social media, email/SMS, and performance marketing, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management (Meta & Instagram/Facebook) * Develop and manage a monthly content calendar * Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts and stories * Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads—strategy, execution & optimization * Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on analytics * Engage with the community and manage DMs/comments 2. Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo) * Plan, design, and execute weekly campaigns for both sales and engagement * Manage automations/flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.) * Analyze performance and continuously optimize content and targeting 3. Google Marketing * Set up and manage Google Search and Shopping campaigns * Track and report on ROAS, CPC, and conversion metrics * Optimize ad performance and keywords for better ROI 4. Shopify Website Management * Update banners, product pages, and content as needed * Coordinate launches and promotional updates * Monitor Shopify analytics to inform marketing and merchandising decisions Ideal Candidate: * Experience in DTC marketing, especially for lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands * Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Shopify * Strong understanding of performance metrics and eComm sales funnels * Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) are a plus * Highly organized, proactive, and independent This is a remote, flexible-hours role—perfect for a freelancer who thrives in fast-moving, creative environments and understands the hustle of scaling a consumer brand.
