Brand Marketing Expert for Fast-Growing Restaurant Brand (Organic, Paid, Loyalty & Strategy)

Description: Gyro Republic is a bold and fast-growing Mediterranean fast-casual brand rooted in flavor, kindness, and community. With 6 operating locations and a clear roadmap to 25+ in 2 years, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing expert or agency to partner with us on growth. This is more than a gig. We’re looking for someone who brings a partnership and ownership mindset—not just managing tasks but helping lead the brand’s next stage of explosive growth. A flexible part-time contractor role (15–20 hrs/week) with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus structure and long-term collaboration. Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Revenue Growth Strategy • Develop and lead a marketing roadmap tied to aggressive revenue and AUV growth goals • Analyze campaign performance and business data to guide pivots and optimizations • Identify local and national opportunities for audience, location, and sales expansion 2. Brand Marketing & Management • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns • Bring creative ideas to life that reflect our voice: bold, kind, real • Collaborate on brand storytelling, visual identity, and campaign themes 3. Organic Social Media Management • Plan, post, and engage across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook • Coordinate influencer outreach and UGC partnerships to build buzz • Drive daily interactions and follower growth with meaningful engagement 4. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta) • Launch and optimize high-ROI campaigns across Google Search, Display, Local & Meta • Create ads that drive app downloads, loyalty signups, online orders, and new store awareness • Track and report CAC, ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs weekly/monthly 5. Loyalty, Email & SMS Marketing • Build and manage campaigns through platforms like Appfront or Klaviyo • Create retention flows, offer triggers, and promo announcements • Segment users based on behavior, visit frequency, and spend ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience scaling restaurant, CPG, or lifestyle brands through digital marketing • Strong grasp of both creative storytelling and data-driven performance • Familiarity with loyalty and CRM platforms (Appfront experience a plus) • Influencer marketing experience with measurable engagement results • Self-starter with an ownership mentality—hungry, agile, and resourceful ⸻ Nice-to-Have: • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) • Experience managing branding across multiple store locations or franchises • Familiarity with franchise marketing playbooks or local-store marketing strategy ⸻ Incentives: • Aggressive bonus structure tied to KPIs like AUV growth, app signups, ROAS, and engagement • Room to grow into an expanded role or ongoing retainer • Open to long-term collaboration for the right partner who treats the brand like their own
