Position Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns—along with supporting email marketing efforts and coordinating social content to drive brand awareness and user acquisition. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, YouTube, Display) platforms. • Develop audience segmentation strategies and lookalike audiences to improve targeting. • Write high-performing ad copy and collaborate with designers on ad creatives. • Manage A/B testing for creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages. • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC). • Work closely with internal team to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Lead and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automations, product updates, contests/challenges) to drive engagement and retention. • Coordinate interesting and fun UGC (challenges, contests, testimonials) from our large community of musicians for use on social media posts and paid ads. • Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices. ________________________________________ Requirements • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display). • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI. • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM strategy). • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms. • Familiarity with managing or coordinating influencer marketing campaigns. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. • Exceptional communication and project management skills. • A passion for music, or the digital marketing space is a plus. ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO. • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools. • Previous experience in a startup or SaaS environment. • Knowledge of the independent music scene or music marketing trends. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours. • Opportunity to impact a fast-growing tech platform used by musicians worldwide. • Supportive, collaborative, and music-loving team culture.
