We’re looking for a high-level TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and guide our team through the launch and growth of our TikTok Shop presence. This is a part-time, strategic role — not hands-on uploading or day-to-day tasks. You’ll set the direction, create clear implementation plans, and ensure team execution. What You’ll Do: • Develop and refine TikTok Shop growth strategy • Coordinate with internal team members (listing, creative, inventory, shipping) • Ensure all tasks are executed on schedule and to standard • Identify roadblocks and solve process issues • Keep up with TikTok Shop trends and best practices What We’re Looking For: • Strong experience with TikTok Shop (or similar platforms) • Proven ability to manage teams and systems, not just execute • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented • Available a few hours per week for check-ins and updates
