Executive Assistant

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can own tasks without needing constant direction. We’re looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented assistant who can handle everything from admin support to light project management. What We’re Looking For: Someone who can: • Take detailed notes during meetings and turn them into polished documents, summaries, or action plans • Create professional Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets from rough ideas or outlines • Complete assigned tasks start to finish—no chasing, no reminders • Stay organized and manage task lists or light project work in Monday.com • Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, form creation, and email sorting • Support light brand and content tasks (posting content, organizing testimonials, updating files) • Keep digital systems clean and structured, especially Google Drive • Work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly Must-Have Skills: • Executive and administrative support • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) • Monday.com (or ability to learn it fast) • Project management basics • Communication & social media support • Basic graphic design (Canva is fine) Preferred: • Located in California or able to work during Pacific Time hours • Prior experience supporting a founder, CEO, or consultant • Strong attention to detail and follow-through This Is NOT: • A role for someone who needs to be told what to do every step of the way • A junior admin or VA who only handles calendar invites • A temporary gig—this is for someone who wants to grow with a growing company
