Description: We're seeking a highly organized freelance Marketing Project Coordinator to support our dynamic marketing team. This role will start as a 10-hour/week contract for 60 days, with the opportunity to extend or expand based on performance and team needs. You’ll be the operational center of our marketing team—coordinating deadlines, managing workflows, facilitating team communications, and helping streamline on-time, high quality project delivery. Responsibilities: • Manage and update project timelines, tasks, assets, and deliverables using Monday.com • Lead one (1) weekly team coordination meeting, with asynchronous and/or other direct communications with team members as needed • Coordinate planning and execution of email, social, and other marketing campaigns from one week to one to two months ahead • Schedule and coordinate social media posting to appropriate channels • Serve as the go-to contact for tracking project progress, solving dependencies, and unlocking obstacles • Monitor key performance and productivity metrics to support continuous improvement Ideal Candidate: • 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management or coordination • Strong command of Monday.com required; HubSpot experience is a plus • Proficient with remote communication and cross-functional collaboration • Strong attention to detail, timelines, and process optimization • Proactive and clear communicator who can manage priorities independently
