Part-Time Social Media & Content Manager for Real Estate Brand

I run YY Group, a boutique real estate brand focused on off-market deals, luxury listings, and investment sales in Greater Boston. I’m looking for a marketing partner to manage content, drive brand growth, and build a stronger digital presence through social media, SEO, and light paid ads. Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn • Design and schedule 3–4 high-quality posts per week (mix of reels, carousels, and stories) • Write professional, sharp captions that reflect a luxury/investment brand • Repurpose deal activity into marketable content (e.g., UAG, sold, off-market finds) • Light engagement (responding to comments, basic DMs) • Monthly reporting and recommendations for growth Run basic ad campaigns on Instagram and/or Google to generate leads • Optimize social and website content for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, etc.) • Monthly performance reporting and growth recommendations ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Experience with real estate, investment, or high-trust service brands • Strong in design (Canva or Adobe) + copywriting • Understands luxury branding and off-market positioning • Familiar with SEO basics (Google Search Console, keywords, etc.) • Able to run and monitor small paid ad campaigns (IG/Meta and/or Google Ads) • Self-starter who can take initiative and deliver with minimal oversight ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Has worked with real estate, investment, or professional service brands • Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) • Comfortable writing polished, confident copy in English • Understands how to position a luxury and off-market-focused brand • Can work independently with minimal oversight Responsibilities: • Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn • Design and schedule 3–4 high-quality posts per week (mix of reels, carousels, and stories) • Write professional, sharp captions that reflect a luxury/investment brand • Repurpose deal activity into marketable content (e.g., UAG, sold, off-market finds) • Light engagement (responding to comments, basic DMs) • Monthly reporting and recommendations for growth
