Marketing Lead (Remote)
We're a small but growing company that's been hosting international-style events in Downtown Denver, CO for the last fiver years. We're in search of a marketing lead that can own and lead marketing efforts and oversee and help manage a team of 5-10 interns while working directly alongside company leadership to execute specific KPIs that boost awareness of our events and, ultimately, drive ticket sales. Examples of KPIs mentioned above include but are not limited to: -Minimum number of ticket sales per month -Increasing numbers of followers and engagement across multiple platforms -Helping to recruit paid sponsors for events -Utilizing text send platforms like Laylo -Sending newsletters on a regular basis -Helping to execute events and engagement with local influencers and content creators -Executing a strategy solely centered around paper/onsite marketing at partner venues -Managing the execution of blog writing -Expanding the presence of promotion of our events online on platforms like Eventbrite, Google, and Facebook, for example -Helping to execute giveaways and other promotions for our in-person events
