Creative Fashion Assistant (Retainer Role)
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person if needed), based in NYC Compensation: Monthly retainer About the Role: We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Assistant to support Quintessential’s founder. This role is pivotal as we rebrand the company and prepare for an upcoming collection launch. You’ll be involved in the brand’s daily operations, providing administrative and creative support with a strong emphasis on fashion industry knowledge. Responsibilities: - Assist the founder with daily administrative tasks and scheduling - Support in managing social media accounts and content creation - Help coordinate the rebranding efforts and maintain consistency - Research and help source the right talent for specialized needs (e.g. website designer) - Stay on top of industry trends and offer creative insight Requirements: - Experience in the fashion industry (2+ years preferred) - Strong creative instincts, especially around branding and visuals - Familiarity with fashion marketing and social media platforms - Highly organized and proactive - Ability to thrive in a startup-style environment
