We’re looking for a versatile, execution-focused Strategic Project Lead to help manage and drive high-priority brand and growth initiatives in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, excels in ambiguity, and can balance both big-picture thinking and tactical output. Over the next several weeks, you’ll be responsible for: - Translating evolving client feedback into actionable updates (e.g., wireframes, content strategy docs, brand asset revisions) - Mitigating misalignment between stakeholders and internal teams - Managing shifting timelines and priorities while ensuring forward momentum - Supporting brand development work (brand book, tone of voice, visual ID) while integrating live campaign execution - Proactively flagging misfires or wasted effort and getting the team re-aligned quickly Responsibilities: - Own the final delivery campaign deliverables and ensure they are executed in alignment with the client’s vision - Act as point of coordination across creative, strategy, and production teams - Respond in real time to shifting client input; synthesize direction and adjust plans - Facilitate alignment and minimize wasted hours due to unclear or changing scope - Ensure work ladders up to brand strategy and campaign goals You might be a great fit if you: - Have experience managing brand or growth campaigns in high-velocity, startup-like environments - Can think strategically but aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty in Figma, Google Slides, or learn new tools quickly - Are excellent at “herding cats” and keeping teams on track even when the destination shifts - Communicate clearly and concisely across cross-functional teams - Have a strong sense of initiative and know when to flag vs. when to just fix Bonus if you: - Have experience working with early-stage startups or founder-led brands - Are comfortable with brand development and growth marketing contexts - Can act as a temporary “Chief of Staff” or right-hand to senior leads in live campaign cycles
