What We Need: We're seeking a creative and strategic marketing professional to help us develop an effective strategy to gain new listeners. The ideal candidate will help us develop a comprehensive marketing plan. Skills & Experience: - Proven experience marketing podcasts or audio content - Understanding of the podcast ecosystem and discovery mechanisms - Knowledge of audience targeting and growth strategies - Experience with social media management for creative content - Familiarity with podcast analytics tools - Bonus: Interest in art, culture, or comedy content Project Scope: Initial engagement includes developing a marketing strategy document with actionable, evidence-based recommendations based on our audience segments.
