Virtual Assistant: Social Media Engagement
We’re looking for a savvy and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to support daily engagement efforts on social media for a fast-growing health and wellness influencer brand. You’ll be the voice behind the scenes—building relationships, sparking conversations, and showing up with thoughtful, on-brand comments that reflect the tone and mission of our talent. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with others online, is fluent in the language of health and wellness, and has a keen sense of voice and tone. You’ll help grow our community, elevate our presence, and turn simple interactions into meaningful brand moments. Key Responsibilities: --- Engage daily with other health and wellness accounts, businesses, and professionals on Instagram --- Leave thoughtful, relevant comments on posts from aligned brands, creators, and potential collaborators --- Write and leave comments in unique voice of our talent (you’ll get a style guide and voice training) -- Monitor and manage comment replies, escalating anything important to the team --- Track comments, engagement wins or standout conversations and report insights weekly Hourly job starting around 5 hours a week 100 minimum comments a week
