Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer (6-12 hrs per week)
Fixate is a design agency seeking a talented and organized social media manager and graphic designer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for a long-term role. We’re looking for someone who has: • Proven experience working directly with clients in a creative or marketing capacity • Strong graphic design skills, particularly for social media content (static posts, brand-aligned visuals, etc.) • Familiarity with brand kits, layout design, and typographic hierarchy • Experience managing social media content from concept to scheduling • Excellent communication and time management skills Scope of Work (Now through June, with strong potential to extend): • Create one content calendar for June, informed by client background materials, past posts, and direct client communication • Present the calendar to the client for approval and make revisions as needed • Design two static posts per week, including caption writing, aligned with the brand kit • Submit posts for client review and approval • Upon approval, schedule posts via Meta Business Center for Instagram and Facebook We’re excited to collaborate with someone who brings both creativity and structure to the process — and who’s ready to grow with us as needs evolve.
