Instructional Designer Needed for Truck Driver Management Course
We are seeking an experienced instructional designer to create a comprehensive management course for truck drivers, consisting of 10–12 engaging modules aimed at adult learners. The course will be hosted and sold via Payhip, so familiarity with online learning platforms and content delivery tools is essential. This is part of a startup project called ShiftLane Academy, which is focused on helping commercial drivers transition into leadership and operations roles with no college degree. We're looking for someone who can help us launch the first major course, but also someone who sees the potential to grow with the brand. As the course begins to generate revenue, additional modules and spin-off courses will be developed.
