Looking for an Interior Designer to Build Kitchen & Bathroom Design Packages
We are a design-build remodeling company seeking an experienced interior designer to help us improve our sales-to-design workflow for kitchen and bathroom remodels. We are looking for someone to create a Canva-based toolkit that empowers our sales team to efficiently gather design input, guide the client through a collaborative design session, and produce a well-informed Version 1 concept by the end of the consultation. Since we are a design build firm, we make money on construction not on design. That said, we need to streamline design as much as possible and shorter our process with a really efficient and effective process. And we feel that will be possible with the right tools. We need your help creating the following: 1. Pre-Consult Design Questionnaire A clean, user-friendly form that clients fill out before the sales consultation. The goal is to capture essential information about their space, needs, preferences, and style — so our sales reps can come prepared and aligned with the client’s vision. 2. Design Guide for Sales Consults A step-by-step Canva-based guide the sales rep brings to the in-home consultation. It should walk them through the design conversation with the client — including measurements, layout notes, style preferences, materials, appliance specs, etc. The goal is to capture all necessary details to build a solid Version 1 design concept right there in the meeting. Pre-Built packages that our sales rep can select based off feedback from the questionnaire. Ex: 3 mid century modern bathroom packages with material, mood board, etc., 3 transitional packages, etc. 4. Any Additional Materials You Recommend If you believe we should include things like mood boards, materials selection sheets, or inspiration prompts to speed up design clarity — we’re open to your ideas. Must be created in Canva so our internal team can easily update and customize in the future. No need to start from scratch. There are tons of templates available — we’re happy to start with one and adapt it to our needs. Your job is to make it function beautifully and align with our workflow. We want to collect as much design info as early as possible so our sales rep can: -Confidently guide the client through design decisions -Capture a complete, usable design scope during the consult -Present a clear proposal with visuals and pricing quickly -Set the project up for success before it even hits the design team's desk Ideal Fit: -Interior designer with experience in kitchen/bath residential projects -Familiar with client-facing tools and guiding collaborative design -Proficient in Canva -Clear communicator and detail-oriented Please share samples of any relevant work — especially design guides, client intake forms, or visual tools created in Canva.
