Are you taking any new projects for single family new construction? I have a vacant land in San Diego (Poway) that I want to develop. Its on a steep hillside and requires surveying, grading plan with slope analysis, hydrology study, Archeological and biology study.. Environmental biologist was hired to assess the site and provide a summary. He's too busy to take new jobs.
