Apollo.io Coach for Targeted Local Outreach
Hi there! I’m a small business owner running a custom apparel and screen printing shop in Salt Lake City, Utah. I’ve been building local B2B lead lists for over a year and recently started using Apollo.io to help streamline my cold outreach. I am *not* looking for high-volume SaaS-style campaigns or complex systems set up. I’m looking for lightweight, practical help from someone who knows Apollo inside and out and can coach me through getting set up for targeted, founder-led outreach. Specifically, I would appreciate help with: - Importing and organizing lead data from Google Sheets into Apollo (I have decently sized lists of local companies and people that are *not* in Apollo/LinkedIn, and will continue to add companies to these lists manually as I find them in my local community) - Doing basic list building within Apollo and optimizing outreach sequences - Guidance on email deliverability best practices (not looking to set up multiple domains and blast emails, going for a much more targeted approach) - Training me (and possibly my VA) on how to use Apollo day-to-day, how to make consistent outreach an effective daily/weekly/long-term practice This is probably just 1-2 sessions, but could turn into more if things go well.
