About the Role: We seek a courageous and passionate Technical Sales Specialist to champion our flagship product, Mentor. Your role is critical: you'll creatively engage enterprise clients, execute strategic outreach, and foster relationships through innovative selling techniques. Your Responsibilities: * Conduct proactive and strategic cold outreach via email and phone. * Develop compelling, tailored sales materials. * Continuously experiment with and refine sales strategies to optimize effectiveness. * Collaborate closely with our leadership team, engaging deeply to understand and communicate the transformative value of Mentor. * Rapidly onboard using provided training materials, including the Mentor manual and Goju Tech Talk (GTT) videos. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $30-$40/hour (minimum 40 hours/week) Commission: Earn 3-5% on the first year of any closed and paid sales in the $10k-$100k range.
