The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our web design solutions, and converting leads into sales. If you are motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping small businesses succeed online, we would love to hear from you! Our firm's websites are superior in both pricing and quality to almost all competitors, and recent growth has been strong. We target small businesses with strong revenue and outdated websites such as landscapers, cleaners, and plumbers. After familiarizing yourself with our firm's offerings, features, and price points, you will be provided with a list of contacts that have pre-validated numbers for regional small businesses. Given a set of information and some general guidelines and advice, you will be expected to draw upon your sales and cold-calling experience to convince these business owners to book a design meeting. Based on your performance, we also offer strong commission structures rather than a strict hourly rate. For those who are confident in their abilities, we also offer a pure-commission structure that can significantly outearn the hourly rates specified above.
