A Google Sheets table will have the list of business listings for sale with the broker’s phone number. 3. Confirm whether the deal is still available, and if so get the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for us to sign. 4. Follow answers to FAQs that brokers might ask. 5. Build confidence with the broker that our company is a serious prospect to buy the listed business. 6. Update status in Google Sheets.
