Real Estate Cold Caller (Remote)
We’re a Dallas-based real estate company with 10+ years in the business and over 100 properties sold in the past year. We’re expanding into new markets and looking for motivated cold callers to help us find and build relationships with serious cash buyers. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential real estate investors and buyers • Introduce our company and pitch available off-market deals • Collect buyer criteria and contact info for follow-up • Update CRM (we use Close CRM) with notes and lead status • Follow scripts and handle common objections professionally Qualifications: • Excellent communication and phone skills • Real estate experience or Close CRM experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable making a high volume of calls • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Pay: Hourly + Bonuses for qualified leads or closed deals (based on experience) If you’re confident on the phone and want to be part of a growing real estate investment team, we’d love to hear from you
