Project Manager for Expert Witness Reports & Dashboard Development-Gran.MM
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for the preparation and assembly of expert witness reports, preparation of graphics or demonstratives for written reports and/or trial exhibits, and the development of a Signature Invoice Detail Dashboard (SIDD). This role will also involve managing monthly invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing. The project manager will also be responsible for coordinating travel and testimony schedules with the end client, including recommending airlines, flight schedules, hotel reservations and rental car reservations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Project Manager should understand that freelancer time will be marked up for purposes of billing to the end client, and that freelancer's time will be billed in increments of 0.25 (fifteen minutes), and that freelancer should carefully track her time and not be prone to giving her time and talent away, even for minimal tasks or minimum time spent on quick tasks. Whenever time is waived, it should be conspicuous to the expert and to the end client, e.g., 0.25 minus 0.25 waived equals 0.00.
