YouTube Video Setup Consultation

I am looking for an expert (local, here in the Houston area) to help me set up my YouTube video production from my office. I am a newbie, just the idea in my head. I've watched and saved about 100 YouTube videos on how to do this. Still don't know anything about anything, but here's what I bought so far: Sony ZVE-10, Sigma 16/f1.4, Amaran 60 XS COB light w a softbox/adapter. Heard the Rode VideoMicroII is good, will probably boom it. [sources: ThinkMedia, Gabriel VIP, Omar El Takrouri, etc.] My problem is that my room is small: 8.5' x 8.5' square room (with an additional "nook" in one corner that extends another 2 feet, maybe the camera can go in that corner and make it 12' from that corner to the other). I would like to get the focus on my face and blur the background to make my videos look "crispy" like Omar El Takrouri says. I'd like to see if there's anyone who "gets it", who can maybe come visit my office and give me some guidance on how to get started. Might take an hour to: 1. Let me know if this is even possible (hope so!). 2. Help advise me on the best/affordable equipment to purchase to get started. (I'll make a list of what i've seen recommended on the videos I've watched and we can go over it.) My goal is to make medical education videos on things I see in my urology office every day. Goals: bring awareness to my office, more patients/revenue, and maybe even make this a hobby that somehow makes money. Not sure if I have time to edit videos (probably not), will probably eventually batch videos and outsource editing. If any of this makes sense and you have the patience to work with an ignoramus like me, let me know. Thanks, Omar Durrani www.durranimd.com (may help give you an idea of who I am and what we do)
