Email Auth & Deliverability Consultant – Constant Contact + ESP Expansion
Job Description: We are seeking a U.S.-based, native English-speaking email deliverability consultant to help resolve domain authentication issues and improve inbox placement for our large Constant Contact campaigns. We are seeing problems flagged in Google Postmaster Tools (e.g., SPF/DKIM failures, domain reputation concerns), and need an expert to troubleshoot these and guide us in optimizing our setup. Primary Responsibilities: Review and confirm that domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) is fully functional and aligned with Google Postmaster Tools feedback Troubleshoot issues shown in Google Postmaster Tools Advise on list hygiene, segmentation by engagement, and Constant Contact compliance Assist in evaluating and potentially configuring a second ESP, including: Guidance on setting up and authenticating a subdomain Advice on warming up the new sending domain or subdomain What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with email deliverability and compliance Direct work with Constant Contact domain authentication Familiarity with GoDaddy DNS management Experience using Google Postmaster Tools Ability to advise on ESP expansion and subdomain setup Excellent communication skills and native-level English Based in the United States
