We have Hubspot Professional and need help setting it up for customer retention and upsell. Phase 1: Retention & Upsell Import customers - our data is in other databases, and we’re normalizing the data and pushing to Hubspot. Some data is in Hubspot, some still needs work. Import customer attributes - Plan - Revenue - Feature Usage - Industry - Onboarding Stage Send Email Communications - based on customer attributes (plan, stage, revenue etc), we’d like to send emails: - Customers by Plan (upsell from one product to another) - Customers by Revenue (VIP customers get more touchpoints) - Customers by Onboarding Stage (reminder to book next meeting) Looking forward to your bid.
