Videographer Needed for Executive Event in Washington, DC – May 21–22, 2025
We are an enterprise company looking for a professional videographer to cover an executive event. LOCATION: Washington, DC (The World Bank Headquarters) DATES & TIME ESTIMATES: We’d like two estimates based on the following coverage windows: Option 1 – Partial Day: Wednesday, May 21, 2025 | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Option 2 – Full Day: Wednesday, May 21, 2025 | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday, May 22, 2025 (TBD) | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM We may not need coverage on May 22, but please include a cost estimate in case we decide to move forward with it. DELIVERABLES: Full-session recording (single-camera setup is fine) Delivery of raw footage (please include your estimated delivery timeframe) Capture of clean audio for speeches and presentations using external mics B-roll footage (e.g., crowd shots, interviews, venue atmosphere) (Optional) Cost estimate for providing a final edited version TO SUBMIT: Please include the following in your response: A brief description of your experience filming executive or corporate events Equipment list (camera, audio gear) Your availability for both dates and time options Two cost estimates (Option 1 & Option 2) Estimated delivery time for raw footage Any additional fees (e.g., travel, gear rental) We look forward to connecting — thank you!
