What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
Integrative and functional medicine clinic launching this fall and we are using Practice Better as our primary EMR and client management platform. I’m looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented freelancer to customize our Practice Better account and assist with admin workflows during setup and early client onboarding. This is a short-term project (6–12 weeks) with the potential for future collaboration. ⸻ Scope of Work: Phase 1 – Platform Setup (Weeks 1–4): • Create and configure: • Clinical services (initial consults, follow-ups, coaching) • Wellness/device services (Red light therapy, PEMF, FSM) • Packages and memberships with usage tracking • Build custom intake forms, waivers, and REACH-style assessments • Set service visibility rules (e.g., member vs non-member access) • Create automations for: • Appointment reminders • Session usage alerts • Follow-up messages • Assist with integrating Nabla Copilot dictation into Practice Better via email or Zapier Phase 2 – Admin Support (Weeks 5–12): • Track client session usage and manually restrict booking as needed • Support client onboarding, form tracking, and booking management • Maintain organization across services, packages, and tags • Provide brief documentation or SOPs for staff handoff ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Experience setting up and using Practice Better (required) • Background in integrative, functional, or wellness-focused care (preferred) • Familiar with automations, client tags, and intake design • Bonus if experienced with Zapier, Stripe, Fullscript, Rupa Health, or Nabla • Proactive, detail-oriented, and independent ⸻ Timeline & Budget: • Start: June 2025 • Duration: ~6–12 weeks • Budget: Open to hourly or flat-rate proposals depending on scope ⸻ To Apply: Please send: • A short summary of your Practice Better experience • Examples of past relevant projects • Your June–September availability • Your hourly or project-based rate
