Email Platform/Marketing Automation Platform Specialist
I'm working for a client that needs help setting up an email system to sit on top of their contact list. The list is currently at 35k but grows quickly - this is a staffing agency and the list is primarily comprised of people that have reached out about a job in the past. The contact list itself is currently in a Google Sheet, but will soon be migrated to a custom Oracle database. I need someone to come in, understand the functional requirements of the client, and make an informed recommendation about which email software is the best fit. This resource will also then be hired to complete the implementation, which will involve the initial setup, flow building, and connection to the new database. Requirements: -Hands-on experience with at least 3 major email platforms (Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, etc) -Technical expertise to understand how the functional requirements of the client will translate to implementation and also to interface with the database developer to ensure all parts connect successfully Please provide an initial quote on the discovery phase (whatever work you'll need to do to come up with a recommendation on email platform) as well as the implementation (this can be a broad range).
