[Job 24] NY Building Survey for As-Built Conditions - MANHATTAN
We are seeking an experienced local only New York City based design professional to survey a commercial space with cellar in the Upper West side. We are requesting and expecting but not limited to: -extensive photos of the space (detailed and overall, floor, ceilings, the more the better, photos of MPE devices) -existing conditions plans incl. ceiling heights, window and door sizes, wall thickness, etc. -interior and exterior elevations incl CL dimensions for Plumbing + Electrical -Exterior elevations of the commercial space (1st floor) as indicated in the attached file -reflective ceiling plan (RCP) incl vents, sprinklers, lights location, etc. -anything visible needs to be identified All items shall be drafted in AutoCAD and placed on our graphic standards layers provided below. The plans must be based on the precise measurements of the tenant space. We will release the address upon approval. We will provide access to building and coordinate survey appointment(s).
