Description:
We’re a residential construction and restoration company based in Seattle, WA, looking for a Virtual Project Assistant to support our team with customer communication and material selections. This is an hourly, long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a Project Coordinator role. Responsibilities: * Call homeowners on behalf of project managers (must be confident on the phone) * Help clients choose finishes like paint, flooring, tile, and cabinetry * Research and suggest available U.S. brands (Home Depot, Sherwin-Williams, etc.) * Track approvals, selections, and project updates in shared documents * Provide input on simple layout and design decisions (e.g. cabinet placement, paint combos) Requirements: * Strong English and clear phone communication * Familiarity with U.S. home design trends and materials * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) * Reliable internet and headset Nice to Have (Not Required): * Interior design or construction background * Experience with restoration or insurance-related projects
