Logistics Coordinator for Interior Design + Home Staging Company
KMW Interiors, a boutique Home Staging and Interior Design firm based in Los Angeles, is seeking a reliable and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of inventory and staging operations. This is an hourly contract role with flexible hours and the potential for long-term work. This position is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, dependable, and experienced in warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and crew coordination—with strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize the warehouse and inventory system Catalog, label, and track inventory (furniture, accessories, art, rugs, etc.) Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure availability and condition of items Coordinate movers for installations and pickups Work closely with our Virtual Assistant to plan and prepare for staging and design project timelines Communicate with movers, vendors, and the KMW team to ensure smooth logistics Prepare furniture/accessory pulls for projects and help oversee the staging day process Requirements: Experience in warehouse logistics, staging operations, or inventory coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingual (English and Spanish) — clear written communication is important Basic computer and email proficiency (enough to check messages, confirm schedules, and send updates) Able to lift and move lightweight furniture or decor items as needed Reliable transportation for warehouse access and occasional site visits Flexibility to work around project-based schedules (some days will be busier than others)
