I am a busy working professional and looking to take some hours off my plate. I am in need of help with General home assistance and miscellaneous tasks. Willing to work around your schedule, if you have family to support or anything else you're committed to, I'm understanding of it. Very important: I just ask that you are a very strong communicator, strong at keeping your word when you say you will do something, figuring out backup plans to get the job done if your plans change, and being an accountable, responsible adult that cares for detail and takes pride in your work. Few tasks, to start: Tidying up the closet - folding/hanging clothes. Putting away items in their designated bins. Unpacking luggage from a trip, packing luggage prior to a trip Wash, Dry, Fold & Organize laundry Garage- clearing unwanted items, organizing Post items for sale- including capturing photos of the items, writing up their sales descriptions, managing responses to sellers, coordinating with sellers to retrieve the item, and collect payment (via Facebook Marketplace) Occasional vacuuming the interior of the car and wipe down surfaces (vacuum and wipes are provided), take the car for an external car wash Ideal candidate is tech savvy, a non-smoker, detail oriented, organized and neat, has common sense, sound judgement to make decisions, self-starting, needs little oversight. We have a small cat in the house, who keeps to herself and there would be no interaction with her. We just require to close all doors when coming in and out so she doesn’t get where she doesn’t need to be!
