HVAC Load Calculation for a Retail Space in the Mall

This is about 3,000 sqft interior cosmetic renovation in existing retail shop in the mall. Landlord is requesting to run load calculation and specify proper VAV box to the space since it is too old. Landlord wants the tenant to replace it. We need this to be done with in a few days to a week. If licensed will be preferable.
