I have down-sized my office and thought I was retiring, but I keep getting new projects from established clients. I am a dinosaur...they didn't have computers when I was in college, so I always had a younger team member to do the CAD drawings. I can use that help again, sometimes more than others. Living in Chicago is required so we can design together if necessary and meet with clients. Some one fast, agreeable, accurate, and knowledgable is required.
